In this section you will find all the information about the facilities in your room and all the services you can request.

And remember... only in our hotels do dreams continue after you wake up!

The rooms undergo a cleaning process carried out only with certified products. Before keys are handed over for the room, an ozone treatment is always carried out.
If you stay more than one night, daily cleaning following the first night may be carried out in the early afternoon. Please check with reception for your specific requirements.

If you suffer from particular allergies (pollen, dust), please do not hesitate to inform us before your arrival at the hotel so that we can find the most suitable accommodation solution.

On your arrival, you will find the room prepared as you indicated during the booking process. Any additional requests agreed on arrival will be met as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
The double bed has one pair of pillows, and there are two extra blankets in the wardrobe.
Additional pillows, blankets, slippers and bathrobes are available on request.

During your stay, soiled and discarded towels are replaced daily. Should you have any further needs, please do not hesitate to contact reception.

In the case of long stays, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Should you have any further needs, please do not hesitate to contact reception.

We care about the environment, which is why we prefer liquid soaps and lotions in practical dispensers. In the bathrooms, you also find tissues, shower caps and bars of soap.
Specific kits are available on request at reception.

On your arrival you will find a 75 cl bottle of mineral water.

Our hotels provide a centralised heating and cooling system, with an in-room control of +/- 3 °C. If you have any specific needs, please do not hesitate to contact reception immediately.
Please note! If the window is left open, the heating/cooling system does not operate.

We recommend keeping the windows closed while away from the room, for safety reasons.
Please note! Where necessary, again for safety reasons, the window opening may be mechanically restricted.
If you are staying on the ground floor, please remember to collect any personal belongings left in the outside garden at night, as the watering system is active.

To activate this, key in a personal code (up to 9 figures) and confirm by pressing #.
To open it, redial the personal code followed by the # key.
The Management declines all responsibility for items forgotten or left unattended in the hotel rooms or common areas.

In all Adventure Hotel, Magic Hotel and Gardaland Hotel themed rooms there are cute toy safes that can be accessed after solving a riddle.
If you cannot find the solution, contact reception, we will help you capture the surprise!
