Please vacate the room by 11 a.m.
If a late check-out is desired, it must be arranged at least 12 hours in advance with the Reception team, subject to availability. The cost is € 20.00 per hour, until 1 p.m. After this time, the full extra night rate is charged.
In the event that a guest does not inform the hotel of his/her booking cancellation, and does not arrive on the arranged day, the room will be kept until 12.00 of the next day. The guest's non-arrival without notice means that no reimbursement or credit may be awarded. The cost incurred will be the total cost of the hotel stay or holiday package purchased.
The invoice for the stay is issued digitally at the end of the stay. A courtesy hard copy may be requested at reception upon check-out.
It is also possible to request the issuance of a regular invoice in the name of another natural or legal person than the reservation holder. The request must be made to our Hotel Customer Care, prior to the reservation holder's arrival at the hotel.
After checking out, you have access to the hotel's dining facilities, swimming pool (including changing rooms) and common areas throughout the day. External parking and the shuttle service can also be used.
Luggage storage is only available for guests without a car.
During certain periods of the season (special openings), there may be restrictions on staying in the hotel after check-out, which are promptly indicated with appropriate messages in the room and at reception.
If you return home from your holidays and discover that you have left a personal belonging in the hotel, please write to our Lost&Found office (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating your name, surname, dates of hotel stay, room number, and type of item lost/left behind. If possible, a photo of the item would be appreciated. Our office will then check to see if they can locate the item for you. If they should find the item, the costof courier delivery is always charged to the guest.
