ART. n° 1 - Some attractions are subject to regulations which may limit access in terms of height, age, body build and health conditions. Our Guests should always check safety regulations at the entrance of each attraction and comply with Gardaland staff’s instructions.
ART. n° 2 - Before entering the Park, people with disabilities should go to the “Welcome Desk” in order to collect and information the Park Guide Maps specifically made according to their needs.
ART. n° 3 - Some areas may open later than the Park’s opening time. Admittance to the attractions may be terminated earlier than the Park’s timetable, to allow the queues to disperse before the Park closes.
ART. n° 4 - One or more attractions may be out of order for varying lengths of time due to maintenance, safety and/or operational reasons (such as, for example, electrical cuts, bad weather conditions, rain or low temperature, etc...) or due to the organization of special events. The Company reserves the right to close, remove or change, at any time, attractions in the Park. In all these circumstances tickets/season passes will NEITHER be refunded either totally or partially, NOR will be valid for a later date. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions from our Gardaland personnel.
ART. n° 5 - Prior to buying their ticket/ season pass, all Guests should inquire on Gardaland official channels about possible limitations on the use of attractions and general functioning of the Park, due to climatic, technical or operational conditions or numbers of guests. The Company reserves, in any case, the right to change opening/closing time and days of the Park and/or of the attractions, as well as programmed service and events in the Park.
ART. n° 6 - Once the entrance ticket/season pass has been stamped at the turnstiles, it can NOT in any circumstances be refunded (art. 74 DPR 633/72); it must be kept at all times for checks.
ART. n° 7 - It is possible to exit the Park and re-enter on the same day with the application of a stamp on the hand (at the entrance turnstiles). Without this re- entry will be denied.
ART. n° 8 - Admittance to the theatres is permitted until the capacity established by law is reached and is not allowed once the show has started.
ART. n° 9 - Entry with bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, electric scooters, etc. is prohibited. Furthermore, the use of drones or similar devices is not permitted inside the Park.
ART. n° 10 - Dogs are allowed in the Park but must be kept on a leash. They cannot get on any rides, neither access our theatres; they are welcome in designated areas within restaurants which are pointed out by our staff. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs on their own in the Park: in this case security officers will take them and look after them.
ART. n° 11 - Please do not leave backpacks or bags unattended where not advised or the security personnel will remove them; it is strongly advised not to leave any valuables unattended. Gardaland takes no responsibility for theft or loss of belongings.
ART. n° 12 - Smoking is not allowed inside the Park, except in the expressly indicated areas.
ART. n° 13 - It is forbidden to lie on the benches, to walk on the flower gardens or to use them for picnicking, for children’s games, dog walking or sleeping.
ART. n° 14 - It is forbidden to access the Park, the attractions, live events and catering points while bare chested or in swimsuit.
ART. n° 15 - The Company makes use of video surveillance systems only for security purposes and to protect property and prevent tampering and vandalism. Images are visualized only and exclusively by staff appointed, judicial authorities and the Police.
ART. n° 16 - The Company reserves the right to conduct screening/security checks (using devices such as metal detectors) so that no object/item we may deem dangerous or prohibited is brought into the premises.
ART. n° 17 - In some attractions, identified by an info sign at the entrance, pictures are taken that are later sold as a souvenir of the day spent at the Park. Any unpurchased photos will be deleted at the end of the day.
ART. n° 18 - A person may be removed from the Park due to inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with one or several articles in these regulations.
ART. 1 - Smoking is not allowed along the queue at the entrance and everywhere else, beside in the expressly forbidden areas.
ART. 2 - Only children with a disability are allowed to enter in a stroller.
ART. 3 - Animals are not permitted inside Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium. Leaving dogs unattended or abandoned outside the Aquarium or in the parking area is forbidden; the security staff is charged with removing and securing them.
ART. 4 - It is not permitted to consume food or drinks inside the Aquarium.
ART. 5 - Taking photographs is permitted, but the use of flash is severely prohibited.
ART. 6 - It is not allowed to enter the Aquarium, the restaurant and shop while bare-chested or wearing bathing-suits.
ART. 7 - The entrance is not permitted to bikes, skateboards, skates, child’s scooters etc.
ART. 8 - It is not permitted to lie on the benches, to trample on the flowerbed and to picnic, to rest or to make dogs play on the grass.
ART. 9 - Putting hands into the water and tapping on the glass are forbidden.
ART. 10 - It is severely forbidden to throw food and any other object in the tanks.
ART. 11 - Do not leave rucksacks or bags unattended; the security staff is charged with removing them. Do not leave valuables in them. Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium and Gardaland deny any responsibility in case of theft or loss.
ART. 12 - Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium can be closed earlier than expected to make the queuing guests stream out by the closing time.
ART. 13 - The entrance to Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is allowed only until the exhaustion of its estimated capacity. For this reason, temporary suspensions of the access may occur.
ART. 14 - It is possible to quit the Aquarium and come back on the same day by showing the specific stamp, which can be requested at the entrance turnstiles. The access will be denied if the stamp is missing.
ART. 15 - For technical reasons, one or more tanks may be under maintenance for short or long periods. In case of bad weather or breakdowns the schedule of talks and feeding demonstrations may change for safety reasons. In all these cases the ticket WILL NOT be reimbursed (nor partially or totally) or validated for another day. In case of emergency, follow the instructions given by Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium staff.
ART. 16 - Once the ticket is validated by the turnstiles, it can never be refunded (Art. 74 DPR 633/72). The ticket must be kept intact and shown in case of a fiscal inspection. The entrance ticket grants the right to access for free to all tanks, talks and feeding demonstrations (in the respect of the maximum capacity).
ART. 17 - Before buying the ticket, each guest must inquire about the existence of problems concerning the influx, the climate or blackouts which could limit his/her general fruition of the Aquarium and of the services usually provided.
ART. 18 - In some areas of the Aquarium a video-surveillance system is functioning with the only purpose of granting the guests’ safety, safeguarding the enterprise’s properties and preventing illicit actions. The recorded images can be consulted exclusively by the security staff, authorized members of the staff, legal authorities and police.
ART. 19 - In case one of the rules established by this regulation would be violated, the visitor could be expelled from the Aquarium.
ART. n° 1 - Some rides are subject to a regulation which may restrict access depending on height, age, weight and health conditions. Guests must always check the rules upon entering each ride and obey any instructions given by attendants. Children under the age of 14 may not enter the water park unless accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child the entire time they stay within the water park. Children aged 14 to 17 can enter LEGOLAND® Water Park accompanied by an adult or on their own. A valid identity document must be shown. over-18s may not enter LEGOLAND® Water Park unless they are accompanying one or more small children or youngsters aged 17 or under.
ART. n° 2 - Once the entrance ticket has been stamped at the turnstiles, it can NOT in any circumstances be refunded (art. 74 of Italian Pres. Decree 633/72). The ticket must be kept at all times for checks. It grants free access to all rides.
ART. n° 3 - You are allowed to leave and re-enter the water park on the same day with the application of a stamp on the hand at the entrance turnstiles. Without this re-entry will be denied.
ART. n° 4 - Within the water park, a wrist band, handed out upon entering, can be used as a method of payment. Any remaining credits will be valid if you re-enter in the same season or will be reimbursed, at the Guest’s discretion, by the end of the opening season of the water park at the ticket office of Legoland® Water Park or at the West, Welcome and Castello information offices of Gardaland Park.
ART. n° 5 - One or more rides may not be available for short or long periods of time due to maintenance problems or a lack of electricity. For safety reasons, some rides may be closed in adverse weather conditions. In all these cases, tickets will NOT be refunded either totally or partially, NOR will be valid for a later date. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff.
ART. n° 6 - Each Guest, before purchasing the admission ticket, is obliged to find out about any problems related to the influx of people or any weather/ technical conditions that could limit the use of the rides and/or the general enjoyment of the water park and the services offered. Access will be denied if the capacity has reached its permitted limit.
ART. n° 7 - In case of bad weather, the water park will be closed to the public.
ART. n° 8 - Access to rides may be interrupted in advance so that queues are cleared by the closing time of the water park.
ART. n° 9 - Backpacks, bags and/or valuables must not be left unattended and must be kept in the lockers. The Company shall not be held liable for any theft or loss.
ART. n° 10 - It is not allowed to enter the water park with glass or metal containers, knives, bulky objects, alcoholic beverages and drugs. No outside bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, etc., are permitted either.
ART. n° 11 - No outside cool bags are allowed into the water park. No food and drinks are allowed on the pool decks and in the rides. No picnics are allowed in the green areas.
ART. n° 12 - The Company uses video surveillance systems for the sole purpose of ensuring safety, safeguarding its assets and preventing illegal acts. Images are visualised only and exclusively by the staff appointed, by the judicial or police authorities.
ART. n° 13 - The Company, for security reasons, reserves the right to carry out checks or controls using equipment such as metal detectors to prevent that objects deemed dangerous or prohibited are introduced into the park.
ART. n° 14 - SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the entire water park.
ART. n° 15 - Animals are not allowed.
ART. n° 16 - The use of aquatic clothing is mandatory to use pools and water slides; topless bathing is not allowed within the water park and clothing must be respectful of sensitivity and modesty, especially for minors. Lifeguards will refuse entry to anyone wearing inappropriate clothes. Children under the age of 3 must wear swim diapers or special swim pants. Clothing and footwear are required to enter the restaurant.
ART. n° 17 - Lying down on the benches, trampling on the flowerbeds or using them for picnicking, as children’s playing area, or for sleeping on are not allowed. It is also strictly prohibited to run, play dangerous games, climb on the structures and scenery, push people into the water, dive, slide upside down, stand, kneel and practise freediving. It is compulsory to take a shower in order to access the pool decks. It is prohibited
to take away LEGO® bricks and any other scenographic element; the Management reserves the right to carry out controls.
ART. n° 18 - Guests with wounds, abrasions, injuries or suspected skin alterations, intestinal disorders and those wearing bandages or patches are not allowed to entering the pool decks and rides. At the pool decks and rides the use of video-photo equipement and smartphones is also prohibited.
ART. n° 19 - The Company reserves the right to change the opening calendar, opening hours and prices without prior notice.
ART. n° 20 - Children under the age of 8 must wear a personal flotation device complying with Italian national standards in order to access the pool decks. The water park provides a limited number for those who do not have them.
ART. n° 21 - The water park is accessible to all disabled people. Guests in wheelchairs must be assisted by an accompanying person to transfer them from the wheelchair to the pool deck. Our staff does not have any specific training or knowledge.
ART. n° 22 - A Guest may be removed from the water park and from any facility of Gardaland Resort due to inappropriate behaviour or if they fail to comply with one or several articles in these rules.
ART. n° 23 - The Company shall not be held liable for any injury to people or damage to property caused by imprudence or failure to comply with safety rules and regulations.
We wish our lovely guests to feel at home in our hotels. However, as a question of propriety in our internationally-oriented facilities as well as a mark of respect toward the accommodation needs of all guests, we ask you to abide by a few simple rules in order to ensure a peaceful experience for all!
- Outside the Blue Lagoon pool area and in all public areas of the hotels, we ask you to wear a beach robe or shorts and T-shirt over your swimming costume;
- Playing ball is not allowed in the gardens and indoor and outdoor public areas of our hotels;
- The use of bicycles, skateboards or skates is not allowed in the walkways of our hotels’ indoor gardens;
- The entertainment service in our hotels is not to be viewed as a babysitting service, the presence of a parent or guardian is always required;
- Tents/camping and picnicking are not allowed in open spaces, outdoor areas or hotel-owned carparks;
- No food or beverages purchased elsewhere may be consumed in the dining areas of our hotels;
- Outside food delivery services are not allowed in our hotels;
- It is strictly forbidden to hang clothes and towels outside the room (e.g., windows, balconies);
- Camper van/motorhome parking is allowed in the hotel carparks only when staying in our hotels;
- We politely remind our guests that noise and disturbance is prohibited between 11 pm and 8 am;
- Pets are not allowed, except for dogs weighing up to 30 kg (1 dog per room) duly registered during check-in and upon payment of the dog supplementary fee;
- Duly registered dogs are not allowed to enter premises where food and beverages are served;
- Free movement of dogs staying in the facility (without leashes and/or other devices as per the Italian Ministry of Health ordinance of 06/08/2013) is allowed only in the designated dog park area;
- Access to the Blue Lagoon water area is allowed only for hotel guests;
- A swimming cap is required when using the pools in the Blue Lagoon water area;
- Smoking is prohibited in public areas and bedrooms. Please use the designated smoking areas;
- The Hotels > Park shuttle (and return journey) is reserved exclusively for hotel guests;
- The use of drones is not allowed inside the hotel property. Any requests should be submitted to Management for consideration, with adequate advance notice;
- The Management accepts no responsibility for items forgotten or left unattended in the room and/or public areas. In the event of lost personal belongings, guests are asked to contact Reception, write to lost@gardalandhotel.it or fill in the online form available at www.gardaland.it/en/useful-information/help-centre/hotel-contact-form/. If the said belongings are then found, any subsequent delivery costs will be at the guest’s expense.
For any further information, the Reception and Management staff are at your disposal.
- The Season Pass (including the benefits contained therein) is personal and non-transferable. The Season Pass holder must always present the Season Pass at the entrance to Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE; he/she may also be asked to present a valid identity document with a photograph (for children only their health insurance card is required).
- The Season Pass cannot be duplicated in any way because each Season Pass is verified by the access control system at the entrance to the Park. The system recognizes and only accepts the single Season Pass generated with the holder’s details. Any photocopies or tampering with details printed on the Season Pass will be recognized and blocked by the system, and will be persecuted in accordance with the law.
- Look after your Season Pass carefully, without bending, staining, piercing or exposing it to water, especially near the QR code. You must show it in the event of a fiscal control. It is the responsibility of each Pass-Holder to ensure that the membership pass is kept in a safe and secure place that is not accessible to third parties.
- Your Season Pass entitles you to enter the Park directly without needing to head to the ticket office. You must show your Season Pass whenever you access the parking area and every time you enter the Park/Aquarium. Besides scanning the Season Pass, whenever you access the parking area or enter the Park/Aquarium, you may be asked to verify your identity with a valid photo ID.
- Your Season Pass is valid on all opening days, from the opening date until 03/11/2024 (Silver and Gold Season Passes) or until 06/01/2025 (Junior and Platinum Season Passes), except for restrictions or extensions explicitly indicated for the various types of Season Pass.
In the event of the closure of Gardaland Park and/or Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium on a date earlier than that indicated above, due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example: fulfilment of orders and requirements of a public authority, legal prohibitions), no refunds and/or extensions of validity will be provided. - In the event of an emergency, follow all instructions issued by staff.
- Only the holder named on the Season Pass is entitled to use it.
- The Season Pass (including the benefits contained therein) is personal and not transferable to any other person. In the event of improper or fraudulent use (e.g. use of the pass by other individuals, even family members), Gardaland reserves the right to revoke the Season Pass and refuse the holder admission to the Park and Aquarium for the entire season. In the event of improper or fraudulent use of the TimeSaver Ticket, Gardaland reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to cancel the purchased pass and prevent the holder from using it to access attractions with reduced waiting times. In all such cases, there will be no refunds; the customer can, however, purchase a new TimeSaver Ticket.
- Gardaland also reserves the right to withdraw the Season Pass in the event of improper, abusive or dangerous behaviour on the part of the Pass-Holder within its facilities. In addition to the terms of the preceding point, Gardaland reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to the Park and Aquarium for subsequent seasons, and therefore to deny renewal of the Season Pass to those who have engaged in (or attempted to engage in) fraudulent behaviour to the detriment of Gardaland, as well as dangerous behaviour that does not conform to the rules of the Park and/or Sea Life.
- In the event of withdrawal of the season pass by Gardaland, as a result of occurrence of such episodes referred to in the previous point, it will not be possible for the customer to proceed again with purchase of the same ticket. In any event, each Season Pass is verified by the main admissions system at the entrance to the Park and, in the event that a subscription in the name of a previously blocked person is detected), or in the event that the customer manages to proceed with the purchase by fraudulently circumventing the reservation system, it will not be possible for the latter to use the entrance pass, nor request any type of refund.
- Please remember to always give us prompt notice of the loss and/or theft of your Season Pass by writing to us at infobox@gardaland.it.
- Having a Season Pass in your possession does not guarantee admission to Gardaland Park and/or Gardaland SEA LIFE. Gardaland management reserves the right to deny admission for any reason included in the Park rules and regulations, including the Park reaching maximum capacity.
- Any additional events offered during the season may require a supplementary fee.
- Unless otherwise stated, a Season Pass cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing offers.
- The Season Pass can only be used on days when Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium are open to the public, which can be viewed on www.gardaland.it.
- The opening hours of Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium may be subject to change, without advance notice.
- Gardaland reserves the right to change the availability of the services included in the benefits for maintenance, safety and/or other operational reasons.
- With reference to the use of the “Time-Saver Pass”, Gardaland underlines that it is strictly essential to use the GARDALAND EXPRESS app, which can be downloaded online from Apple and Android stores; the download link is also visible in the banner of the official Gardaland App.
- In order to take advantage of the “Time-Saver Pass” benefit, “Platinum” and/or “Gold” Season Pass holders must access the GARDALAND EXPRESS application in order to select the five attractions they wish to access with the aforementioned benefit, in accordance with the limits and timeframes provided for each type of Season Pass purchased; for more information, please refer to the TIME-SAVER PASSES - GARDALAND EXPRESS/SINGLE RIDE Regulations.
Once the choice of attractions has been confirmed, it may not be changed subsequently, except in exceptional cases checked and agreed in advance with the Park Management and subject to payment of €10.00 for each access already made to the incorrectly selected attraction. For “Premium” Season Passes, the choice of attractions can only be changed, at no extra cost, after 03/11/2024.
- The Membership Pass (including the benefits contained therein) is personal and non-transferable. The holder must always present the Membership Pass at the entrance to Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE; he/she may also be asked to present a valid identity document with a photograph (for children, their health insurance card is accepted).
- The Membership Pass cannot be duplicated in any way; each pass is verified by the access control system at the entrance to the Park. The system recognises and accepts only the personal Membership Pass generated with the holder’s details. Any photocopies or tampering with details printed on the Membership Pass will be recognised and blocked by the system, and prosecuted in accordance with the law.
- Look after your Membership Pass carefully; avoid bending, staining, piercing or exposing it to water, especially around the QR code area. You are obliged to present it in the event of a fiscal control.
- With your Membership Pass, you have direct access to the Park without going through the ticket offices. You must show your Membership Pass whenever you access the carpark area and every time you enter the Park/Aquarium. Besides scanning the Membership Pass, whenever you access the parking area or enter the Park/Aquarium, you may be asked to verify your identity with a valid photo ID.
- Throughout the duration of your Membership Pass, you will be able to access the Parks in compliance with the terms and restrictions set out in these General Conditions. In the event of the closure of Gardaland Park and/or Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium on a date earlier than that indicated above, due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example: fulfilment of orders and requirements of a public authority, legal prohibitions), no refunds and/or extensions of validity will be provided.
- In order to take advantage of the discounts and benefits provided, it is necessary to show the Membership Pass at the specific points of sale before the receipt is issued.
- In order to book a hotel stay at the Hotels owned by Gardaland, any discount on the room rate awarded to Membership Pass holders can only and exclusively be applied by making the booking through the specific link on the dedicated platform. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other promotions already active at the time of booking.
- In the event of an emergency, follow all instructions issued by staff.
- Only the holder named on the Membership Pass is entitled to use it.
- The Membership Pass (including the benefits contained therein) is personal and not transferable to any other person. In the event of irregular or fraudulent use – allowing it to be used by other people, including family members – Gardaland reserves the right to withdraw the Membership Pass and prevent the holder from accessing the Park and the Aquarium.
- Gardaland has the right to revoke the Membership Pass if it is used by any person other than the holder in whose name it is registered, even if such use has been granted by the purchaser and/or holder temporarily and free of charge; in this event, the purchaser will not be entitled to any refund and/or cancellation of the monthly instalment fee. It is the responsibility of each holder to ensure that the Membership Pass is kept in a safe and secure place and not accessible to third parties.
- Failure to use, theft, loss or other problems for which Gardaland is not liable do not entitle the holder to refunds and/or issue of a duplicate pass. In the event that the Membership Pass is mistakenly left at home, the holder may present in its place a legible photocopy/photograph of the pass (saved on their mobile phone). If no photocopy/photograph of the pass is brought, the holder may access the Park and Aquarium by paying for a daily entrance ticket (10 euro per ticket). The price of this ticket will not be refunded. In none of these cases will the holder be able to enjoy the benefits linked to his or her Membership Pass.
- In the event of theft or loss of the Membership Pass, the holder may apply for a replacement by completing the form “Declaration in lieu of affidavit pursuant to article 47 of Italian Presidential Decree of 28 December 2000 no. 445” – this incurs a charge of 20 euro.
- Please remember to always give us prompt notice of any loss and/or theft of your Membership Pass by writing to us at infobox@gardaland.it.
- Holding a Membership Pass does not guarantee admission to Gardaland Park and/or Gardaland SEA LIFE. Gardaland management reserves the right to deny admission for any reason included in the Park rules and regulations, including the Park reaching maximum capacity.

- Gardaland reserves the right to change the availability of the services included in the benefits for maintenance, safety and/or other operational reasons.
- With reference to the use of the “Time-Saver Pass”, Gardaland underlines that it is strictly essential to use the GARDALAND EXPRESS app, which can be downloaded online from Apple and Android stores; the download link is also visible in the banner of the official Gardaland App.
- Membership clients will need to access the GARDALAND EXPRESS application in order to select five attractions they wish to access with the above-mentioned benefit for the entire season.
Access to each chosen attraction will be possible through the “TIME-SAVER Gardaland Express” walkway, up to a maximum of three times a day.
Once the choice of attractions has been confirmed, it may not be changed during the current season, except in exceptional cases checked and agreed in advance with the Park Management and subject to payment of €10.00 for each access already made to the incorrectly selected attraction. The choice of attractions may only be changed, at no extra cost, at the end of the months of November and January of each year.

- With the Gardaland Express/Single Ride, hereinafter also “Time-Saver Pass”, (in addition to the regular admission ticket to the amusement park) you can access to the attractions of Gardaland Park reducing the waiting time in the queue.
- The Gardaland Express/Single Ride is valid only on the day of purchase, unless otherwise indicated, or in the case of an “open-ended” Gardaland Express/Single Ride or in the case of a benefit connected to certain types of Season Pass/Gardaland Club.
- The Time-Saver Pass is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-sellable and non-refundable and, once purchased, it is not possible to modify its type.
- Due to maintenance, power failure, particularly bad weather conditions or operational reasons, one or more attractions may not be available. In all these cases, no refunds and/or extensions of the validity of the purchased Time-Saver Pass will be granted.
- In the event of improper or fraudulent use (for example, transfer of use to third parties, including family members), Gardaland reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Gardaland Express/Single Ride package purchased and to prevent its owner from using it to access attractions with reducedwaiting times . In all such cases, there will be no refunds; the customer can, however, purchase a new Time-Saver Pass.
- Failure to use, theft, loss or deterioration of the purchased Time-Saver Pass or other issues beyond Gardaland’s responsibility will not entitle you to a refund and/or the issuance of a duplicate.
- The Time-Saver Pass can be used only on opening days of Gardaland Park available on the website www.gardaland.it and can be purchased, as well as online, at the dedicated ticket offices and Gardaland Express Points (Medieval, Mammut, West, Jumanji - the Adventure areas). Daily availability is limited.
- To use the Time-Saver Pass, it is strictly essential to use the Gardaland Express application downloadable from the Apple Store and Google Play Store. The link to the stores to download the application is also available on the official Gardaland App. The purchaser is responsible for checking the compatibility of their device with the application.
- Clients with a “Platinum” Season Pass, as well as Gardaland Club Membership and/or Gardaland Club Membership Plus holders (purchased from 22/11/2023 onwards), must access the Gardaland Express app and select the five attractions of their choice for use with the Time-Saver pass throughout the season. Once the choice of attractions has been confirmed, it cannot be changed subsequently. Access to each chosen attraction will be possible through the “TIME-SAVER Gardaland Express” walkway, up to a maximum of three times a day.
- Customers with a "Gold" subscription must access the Gardaland Express app and select the attraction they wish to access with the daily choice included in the benefit. Once the choice of attractions has been confirmed, it cannot be changed at a later date. Access to each chosen attraction will be possible through the “TIME-SAVER Gardaland Express” walkway.
- The choice of attractions, as provided for in points 9 and 10, may not be changed subsequently, except in exceptional cases checked and agreed in advance with the Park Management and subject to payment of €10.00 for each access already made to the incorrectly selected attraction.
- Regardless of the preferential “Time-Saver Pass” held (with the exception of Club Membership and Club Membership Plus held prior to 22/11/2023), it is hereby specified that use of the Gardaland Express pass at the various attractions will be subject to availability of existing bookings in the queue reserved to the “TIME-SAVER Gardaland Express”, so as to be able to guarantee an optimal service to the clients at all times. In the event that the aforementioned places are all full, it will be necessary to wait for existing reservations to be admitted so that the actual waiting time in the dedicated queue can fulfil the service promised.
