At Gardaland Park everyone can enjoy magic and thrills! Access to the individual rides is, however, subject to certain restrictions. Guests with disabilities may use a Park Guide specifically suited to their needs, which can be collected from the WELCOME DESK (the office is located to the right of the Park's main entrance) and can be reviewed here.

INFORMATION:
The "Welcome" Information Office located in the Ticket Office Area and the "West" Information Office located in the West Village provide all the information you need about Gardaland Resort and the tourist areas of Lake Garda.
EASY SHOPPING:
Buy now and collect at the exit! Allow yourself unbridled shopping while continuing to enjoy the Park in complete freedom, without bags and without worries! We will deliver all your purchases, made in any store in the Park, by 4 pm directly to the Adventure Store (in the parking area), where you can collect them from 4.30 pm, free of charge. For more details, ask our store staff.
WI-FI AREA:
The entire Park offers a convenient and free Wi-Fi service. Find the “Gardaland-Guest” network with your device and connect free of charge via your Social profile (Facebook or Twitter) or register and... Enjoy Surfing!
PETS:
4-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must also wear a muzzle. Animals cannot climb on the rides or access the shows; in the restaurants, they are welcome in the designated areas as indicated by our staff.
‘IN AND OUT’ OF GARDALAND PARK:
If you want to leave the Park momentarily and return later in the day, have the appropriate "pass" stamp affixed at the entrance/exit turnstiles.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE:
During all opening hours, a first aid medical service is available inside the Park. If case of need, do not hesitate to ask our staff!
SECURE LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Travel light around the Park! Leave your luggage at the "Welcome" Information Office at the Ticket Office Area or at the "West" Information Office in the West Village. One word of warning: luggage must not contain food or drink. The service is subject to a fee.
HELMET STORAGE:

GENERAL PARK REGULATIONS:
To enjoy a totally carefree day at the Park, in full respect of yourself and others, please read the General Park Regulations, where you will find all the information on the behavioural rules to be respected.
DEDICATED TO CHILDREN
NURSERY:
Located in the Fantasy Kingdom area, the nursery offers everything parents and children need. It consists of a food area equipped with high chairs, bottle warmer and vending machine for various products, and a nappy-changing area with reserved booths and changing tables.
BRACELET:
Ask the “Welcome” Information Office at the Ticket Office Area, “Castle” and “Turnstiles” at the entrance and at the “West” Information Office in the West Village for the bracelet on which to indicate your child's name and your mobile number to contact in case he/she gets lost.
STROLLER RENTAL:
At Gardaland Park, parents with children under 110 cm tall (to be checked on-site) can use a stroller rental service.
Strollers can be collected from the "Welcome" Information Office of the Ticket Office Area or "West" Information Office of the West Village.
The service is subject to a fee of €5 per day. We remind you that in order to use this service you will be asked to present your ID.
All strollers are branded Inglesina, official partner of Gardaland Resort.
BABY SWITCH:
Service available only for rides with height limitations for the little ones. Speak to our staff at the entrance to the ride: parents can take turns to get on, so the parent waiting with the child won’t lose their place in the queue.
Please remember that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Park premises.
