At Gardaland Park, even 4-legged friends can enjoy their great adventure! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must also wear a muzzle. Animals cannot climb on the rides or access the shows; in the restaurants, they are welcome in the designated areas as indicated by our staff.

To check which rides are indicated for guests with special needs, we invite you to consult the "Useful Information" section: under "Guests with disabilities" you can find information on the most suitable rides for each form of disability. Guests with disabilities may use a Park Guide specifically suited to their needs, which can be collected from the Welcome Desk at the Castle.

For expectant mothers, we recommend spending the day at the Park as a pleasant moment for outdoor leisure in the countryside, using only those rides permitted by our safety restrictions and in moderation visible at the entrance to the ride itself.

Yes, to check the height limits of each ride, we invite you to consult the "Useful Services" section under "Rides Restrictions", as well as the info notes of each ride.

Please note that height restrictions are also displayed at the entrance to the ride itself. Our staff is always available and attentive to the safety of our youngest visitors.

Yes, we offer travel agents a discounted rate for visiting Gardaland Park. The offer is valid for a maximum of 4 people per agency. It is necessary to communicate the names and day of arrival on the agency's letterhead, by sending an e-mail to commerciale@gardaland.it (scanning the letterhead). The request must be received at least 3 working days before your arrival.

We will then send you the voucher to be handed in at the central ticket offices of the Park, upon your arrival.

People with disabilities who are not self-sufficient (guests in wheelchairs, guests with behavioural and/or intellectual disabilities, with Down’s syndrome, or blindness - i.e., all those who cannot enjoy our rides and attractions autonomously) enter free of charge. On the other hand, people with disabilities who are self-sufficient (i.e., people who can enjoy the Park's attractions and rides without assistance) pay the special rate, AVAILABLE ONLY at the WELCOME DESK office (there are no discounts on season tickets and/or memberships), and there are no discounts for any companion. The companion of a guest with a disability who requires assistance is always entitled to a reduced fare ticket.
