Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, with the exception of the Junior Season Ticket, all Season Tickets include free parking every time you visit the Park within the period of validity of the Season Ticket.
When you take out your season pass, you will receive your season card directly at the Park's ticket offices. If you have purchased your season ticket online, the first time you visit the Park, you will have to go to the ticket office and show the season ticket purchased online and a valid ID card in order to collect your plastic card. If you have already uploaded your photo at the time of the online subscription, simply go to the dedicated ‘season pass collection’ counter and collect your season pass (we reserve a maximum of 48 hours from the time of subscription to guarantee the service).

If you forget your season ticket at home, you can show a legible photocopy/photo of the season ticket saved on your mobile phone.
