Claim a voucher for Season 2021

If in 2020 you bought an admission ticket to Gardaland Amusement Park (any type) and you did not use it due to the early closing of the season as stated by the DPCM of 24/10/2020, we give you the chance to convert your 2020 unused ticket in a voucher of the same value.

Starting from March 2021, the voucher will allow you to purchase a new admission ticket to “Gardaland” Amusement Park valid for the 2021 season from our tickets.gardaland.it shop.


The voucher must be claimed no later than January 31st, 2021.

 

HOW TO CLAIM A VOUCHER?

  1. Go to the site https://shop.vivaticket.com/eng/voucher
  2. Login or Register providing your personal details - at the end of the registration process click on 'VIVAFORVOUCHER' located in the bottom menu of the page.
  3. Enter the barcode of the ticket valid for the 2020 season and not yet used (you might be asked to provide a scan or photo of the ticket) and complete your claim.
  4. If you have entered all the details correctly, you will receive an email from Vivaticket with the confirmation they are taking care of your claim.

  1. WHAT IS THE VOUCHER INTRODUCED BY D.L. 18?
    This is the refund method introduced by Italian Law in relation to the COVID-19 emergency.

  2. HOW CAN I CONVERT MY UNUSED TICKET FOR SEASON 2020 IN A VOUCHER?

    Yes, claims must be submitted no later than January 31st, 2021.

  4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY VOUCHER?
    Time for issuing vouchers could last for a few days.

  5. WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE VOUCHER?
    You will be able to use the voucher from March 2021 until the expiry date shown on the voucher itself.

  6. HOW CAN I REDEEM MY VOUCHER?
    Go to tickets.gardaland.it or vivaticket.com and enter the code shown on your voucher: you can buy a new admission ticket to Gardaland Park of the same value valid for the 2021 season. REMEMBER: your voucher can only be used for online purchases.

  7. CAN I ENTER THE PARK DIRECTLY BY SHOWING MY VOUCHER?
    NO. The voucher is not an admission ticket and in no way gives the right to enter Gardaland Park

  8. DOES MY VOUCHER HAVE AN EXPIRY?
    The voucher must be converted into a ticket within 18 months from the date of issue. REMEMBER: Once you have purchased your ticket, you will need to comply with the expiry date (for the admission to park) shown on the ticket itself.

  9. IF THE VALUE OF MY VOUCHER IS LOWER THAN THE TICKETS I AM GOING TO PURCHASE, CAN I INTEGRATE WITH ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD?
    Yes, in the event that the total amount of the tickets is higher than the total amount of the voucher, you can integrate with other payment methods available / accepted on our site.

  10. IF THE VALUE OF MY VOUCHER IS HIGHER THAN THE TICKETS I AM GOING TO PURCHASE, WILL THE RESIDUAL CREDIT BE LOST?
    No, any remaining credit on the voucher can be spent later, by the expiry date of the voucher itself, until its value is completely exhausted.

  11. I ENTERED THE ALPHANUMERIC CODE OF MY 2020 TICKET, BUT THE MESSAGE "CODE NOT RECOGNIZED" APPEARS. WHY?
    The message "No tickets found with the requested code" appears in the event of typing errors or because the code entered refers to a ticket already used.

  12. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH MY VOUCHER. WHY?
    If you have not yet received the voucher, we suggest that you periodically check your inbox, including the SPAM / Junk mail folder. We also invite you to check that you have received the confirmation email confirming the "taking over" of the request as proof of the correct insertion of the contact details.
