PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS:

At Gardaland Park, the magic and the emotions are for all to enjoy! However, access to individual attractions is subject to certain restrictions. A Guide to the Park specially designed for guests with special needs is available at the Welcome Desk at the Castle and can be found here.


SAFETY RESTRICTIONS:

For your safety, access to all attractions is subject to height, age and health restrictions. Check here to see which attractions are best suited to you and ... have fun!


INFORMATION:

The Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area, the Info West office in the Western Village and the Info Souk office in Souk Square provide all the information you need about Gardaland Resort and the tourist sights in the Lake Garda district.


EASY SHOPPING:

Buy now and pick it up when you leave! Treat yourself to a shopping spree, with the freedom to enjoy your time at the Park with no bags and no worries! We’ll deliver whatever you buy at any shop in the Park by 4 pm to the Adventure Store in the parking area. You can pick it up after 4.30 pm. Ask our store staff for more details.


WI-FI AREA:

The entire park offers a convenient and free Wi-Fi service. Find the “Gardaland-Guest” network with your device and connect free of charge via your Social profile (Facebook or Twitter) or register and... Enjoy Surfing!


PETS:

Pets are welcome, but dogs must be kept on a lead. Large dogs must also wear a muzzle. Animals must not go on rides, enter shows or restaurants.


LEAVE GARDALAND PARK AND RETURN THE SAME DAY:

If you want to leave the Park and come back the same day, ask for a “pass” stamp at the entrance/exit turnstiles.


PUSHCHAIRS RENTAL:

At Gardaland Park, parents with children less than one metre tall can rent a pushchair from the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village.
The service costs € 5,00 per day. We kindly remind you that you will be asked to leave an ID document during the rental period.
All pushchairs are branded  , Gardaland Resort Official Partner.


FIRST AID:

A first aid medical service is available at the Park during opening hours.


BAGGAGE DEPOSIT:

Enjoy your day at the Park with no worries! Leave your baggage at the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village. Bags must not contain any food or drinks. The service costs € 5.00 a day.


HELMET DEPOSIT:

You can leave your helmet at the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area. The service costs € 5.00 a day.


BABY SWITCH:

Service only available on attractions with child height restrictions. Talk to our staff at the entrance to the attraction. Parents can take turns to get on, so the parent waiting with the child won’t lose their place in the queue.
Children should not be left alone by the parent guardian in the Park.


NURSERY:

Located near the Fantasy Kingdom area, the Nursery is available for mothers and young children. It contains a meal area with high chairs and food warmers. There is a changing room with changing mats and a vending machine with nappies, where babies can be cleaned and changed, as well as a play area where older children can have fun while mum is taking care of the baby.
