To avoid gatherings and limit your queuing time, you can book your shift on attractions and at our restaurants through the app "Qoda" available for Android and iOS or you can scan Qr-code on site.
GUEST WITH DISABILITIES:
At Gardaland Park, the magic and the emotions are for all to enjoy! However, access to individual attractions is subject to certain restrictions. A Guide to the Park specially designed for guests with disabilities is available at the Welcome Desk at the Castle and can be found here.

The Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area and the Info West office in the Western Village provide all the information you need about Gardaland Resort and the tourist sights in the Lake Garda district.
Buy now and pick it up when you leave! Treat yourself to a shopping spree, with the freedom to enjoy your time at the Park with no bags and no worries! We’ll deliver whatever you buy at any shop in the Park by 4 pm to the Adventure Store in the parking area. You can pick it up after 4.30 pm. Ask our store staff for more details.
The entire park offers a convenient and free Wi-Fi service. Find the “Gardaland-Guest” network with your device and connect free of charge via your Social profile (Facebook or Twitter) or register and... Enjoy Surfing!
They are welcome. However, dogs must be kept on a leash. Pets cannot get on any rides, neither access our shows; they are welcome in designated areas within restaurants which will be pointed out by our staff.
LEAVE GARDALAND PARK AND RETURN THE SAME DAY:
If you want to leave the Park and come back the same day, ask for a “pass” stamp at the entrance/exit turnstiles.
At Gardaland Park, parents with children less than 110 cm tall can rent a pushchair from the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village.
The service costs € 5,00 per day. We kindly remind you that you will be asked to leave an ID document during the rental period.
All pushchairs are branded , Gardaland Resort Official Partner.
A first aid medical service is available at the Park during opening hours.
SECURE LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Enjoy your day at the Park with no worries! Leave your baggage at the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village. Bags must not contain any food or drinks.
You can leave your helmet at the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area.
Service only available on attractions with child height restrictions. Talk to our staff at the entrance to the attraction. Parents can take turns to get on, so the parent waiting with the child won’t lose their place in the queue.
Please remember that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Park premises.
Located near the Fantasy Kingdom area, the Nursery is available for mothers and young children. It contains a meal area with high chairs and food warmers. There is a changing room with changing mats and a vending machine with nappies, where babies can be cleaned and changed, as well as a play area where older children can have fun while mum is taking care of the baby.
GENERAL RULES OF THE PARK:
For a relaxing day for yourself and all park guests, please read and respect the General Rules of the Park, where you will find all the behavioural rules to be complied with.
A mobile charging service is available at the Souk, West area and at the English Village. Chargeable service.
Request at the Information Office “Welcome”, “Castle” and “Turnstiles” at the entrance and the Information Office “West” in the West Village the bracelet where you can write your child’s name and your mobile phone number to contact in case of loss.
