No. The hotels are not on Park premises. They are located about 800 metres away with a shuttle bus service running between the Park and the hotels during opening times.

Guests can park their cars in the parking area for €6.00 or they can use the free shuttle bus service, which runs every 30 minutes during Park opening times.

Yes. A free shuttle bus service runs between the Park and the railway station during Park's opening times.

Yes. The outdoor hotel car park is free and has fencing. 15 indoor paid parking spaces are also available for booking.

Both hotels are on the same property and can be reached on foot. The two reception areas are approximately 100 metres from each other.

Yes. You can get them from the ticket office at Gardaland Hotel.

A copy of the tickets included in your package will be sent to you by email the day before you arrive at the hotel. If you are unable to print them at home, ask for copies at the hotel reception.

Check-in starts at 3 pm. You’ll get your keys and access to your room immediately.

Guests should check out by 11 am. An hourly penalty is applied for late check-out for every hour the room remains occupied after 11 am.

Certainly, early check-ins are available on request and subject to in-House availability and they must be requested upon booking. Early check-ins are subject to an extra charge.

Yes. Late check-out is available by request at the time of booking and is subject to availability and a charge.

No. A programme of children’s entertainment is available for 3 to 12 year olds, but this is not a babysitting service. Parents and guardians must not leave young children unaccompanied or leave the activity area.

An empty mini-bar fridge is available for use in our hotel rooms.

A courtesy porterage service is available in some of the hotels.

Yes. The Tutankhamun Restaurant is open to non-guests. Booking is recommended.

No. The number of guests per room stated by our operators on our website and confirmed during booking cannot be exceeded.

No. We are sorry but our hotels do not currently allow animals inside the buildings. We can put you in touch with a nearby dog resort.

Yes. Please tell us about any special dietary requirements at the time of booking, so our chefs can find the best solution for you.

Meals for sufferers of coeliac disease are presented in single portion packages. For other allergies, please ask at the time of booking and before your arrival at the hotel, so our chefs can find the best solution for you.

No. We are sorry about this, but we cannot guarantee a Kosher service in our kitchens and facilities.

No. Gardaland Resort staff are not authorised to administer any kind of medication. Staff can provide disinfectant and adhesive bandages for superficial cuts and grazes. For all other types of injury or if a guest is unwell, contact reception, who will get in touch with the most appropriate kind of first aid provider, according to the procedures of our Health & Safety Department and legal requirements.

Yes, subject to booking and availability. A fee will be charged. Management reserves the right to close access to non-guests if necessary.

Yes. A baggage deposit is available at Gardaland Hotel and Gardaland Adventure Hotel, where you can leave your luggage before you check in and after you have checked out.

The reception at Gardaland Hotel is open 24 hours a day. Our night porter is available at any time.

The gate will be closed after midnight. Call the night porter on the entry phone, leaving your name and room number and you will be let in.

Our 4-legged friends are welcome to come and take part in the fun and adventure at Gardaland Park! All dogs must be kept on a lead. Large dogs must also wear a muzzle. Animals must not go on attractions, enter shows or restaurants.

To find out which attractions are best suited to people with special needs, please see the “Useful information” section under “Special Needs”. You will find information about which attractions are suitable for different forms of disability.

We advise pregnant women to enjoy their day out at the Park, in the open air, using only some of the attractions allowed by our safety restrictions. Please see the information provided for each attraction on the “Facilities” page and at the entrance to the attraction itself for more details about these restrictions.

Remember that our staff is always on hand and mindful of the safety of young visitors.

We offer travel agents special rates to Gardaland Park. This promotion is valid for a maximum of 4 people per agency. Please send us the names of visitors and the arrival date on the agency’s headed paper. You can fax it to us on +39 0456401267 or e-mail a scanned copy to infobox@gardaland.it, at least 3 business days before your arrival.

We will then send you a voucher to present at the group bookings office on your arrival

People with special needs who are not self-sufficient (guests in wheelchairs, with behavioural and intellective disabilities, Down Syndrome, the visually impaired and anyone unable to go on our attractions unaccompanied) have free entrance to the Park.

Self-sufficient guests withe special needs, i.e. those who can go on our attractions unaccompanied, pay the reduced ticket.

Carers of guests with special needs who are not self-sufficient are also entitled to a reduced ticket.

The entry ticket to Gardaland Park includes use of all attractions and entrance to all shows.

Tickets can be purchased online from our e-commerce.

The payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and PayPal.

Pregnant women are entitled to a reduced ticket.

By car:

- A4 Milan-Venice Motorway: from Milan, exit at Peschiera del Garda; from Venice, exit at Peschiera del Garda or Sommacampagna (the latter is the preferred option during the summer).

- A22 Brennero-Modena Motorway: from Modena, before the Verona Nord exit, take the junction connecting to the A4 motorway, towards Milan, then exit at Peschiera del Garda.

From Brenner, exit at Affi, then take the SS dual carriageway to Peschiera del Garda.

By train:

Gardaland Park is only 2 Km from Peschiera del Garda railway station on the Milan-Venice line. 

Yes. A free shuttle bus service runs between Peschiera del Garda railway station and Gardaland during Park opening times.

The shuttle bus service between Peschiera del Garda railway station and the Park operates every day the Park is open. 

The journey lasts about 5 minutes.

The car park opens one hour before Park opening.
Car park opening times may vary according to organisational requirements.

Gardaland Park ticket offices close 2 hours before Park closing.

If you want to leave the Park and get back in on the same day, ask staff at the entrance/exit turnstiles to stamp your ticket with “pass".

Vehicles may not park in the car park outside opening times. There are numerous special areas for camper vans nearby. For more information, please get in touch with the Tourist Office on +39 045 755 16 73.

The car park costs € 6.00 a day for cars and camper vans. For motorbikes and buses parking is free of charge.

Gardaland Park provides special menus for those with coeliac disease. All dishes are carefully prepared by a specialist company and are stored in containers that are sealed and protected against contamination.

The nursery is located near the "Fantasy Kingdom” area and is available for mothers and young children. It contains a meal area with high chairs, food warmers and a vending machine with several products . There is a changing room with changing mats, where the baby can be cleaned and changed, as well as a play area where older children can have fun while mum is taking care of baby.

Yes. Enjoy your day at the Park in total freedom! Leave your bags at the Information Office in the Ticket Area or in the Western Village area. Bags must not contain any food or drinks. The service costs € 5.00 a day.

At Gardaland Park, parents with children less than one metre tall can rent a pushchair from the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village.
The service costs € 5,00 per day. We kindly remind you that you will be asked to leave an ID document during the rental period.
All pushchairs are branded  , Gardaland Resort Official Partner.

Yes. Enjoy your day at the Park in total freedom! Leave your helmets at the Information Office in the Ticket Area or in the Western Village area. The service costs € 5.00 a day.
