Our hotels are located outside the Park, around 800m away. They are served by a free shuttle connection which operates during the opening hours of the Park. A maximum number of 18 people per trip will be allowed.

The three hotels are all on the same block of land, and can be reached on foot.

By car - it is possible to park your car in the Park's parking area for €6 - or use our free shuttle connection which operates during the opening hours of the Park.

Absolutely. The outside parking is free and on-site. There are also 15 sheltered parking spaces, which require reservation and incur a fee.

From 3pm onwards it is possible to receive the keys to your room.

By 11am. On request, and subject to fee, it may be possible to arrange a later check-out time (this must be requested at moment of check-in).

No. The staff are not authorised to provide/administer any form of medication. In the event of minor surface grazes, our staff may assist with antiseptic and band-aids. For any other injury or illness, a guest may contact the Reception staff who will then activate the most appropriate health measures, in accordance with the procedure laid down by our Health & Safety Department and current legislation.

The Blue Lagoon Water Park is reserved to guests staying in the hotels, also in order to respect social distancing rules.

Certainly - the hotels offer a luggage storage room where you can leave your bags while waiting to check in or after checking out.

The Gardaland hotel reception desks are open 24 hours a day, and are at the service of all guests (Adventure Hotel included). Our night shift concierge is ready to welcome you at any time of night.

The entrance gate closes at midnight. Simply ring the intercom and identify yourself by name and room number - the concierge will then open the gate for you.

Porter services are only offered as a courtesy service when possible.

At the moment, our hotels are not equipped for pets, even small pets.

Our hotel rooms provide an empty mini-bar. The mini-bar service is available on request and at a charge.

The number of room occupants must not exceed the number indicated by the hotel - this number is stated on our website and at the moment of booking.

The Tutankhamon Restaurant also allows visitors who are not staying at hotels to reserve a table (subject to availability and in accordance with current legislation on access to public places). RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS NECESSARY.

Starting from 1 October 2020, the Matka Family Gourmet Restaurant will also be ready to welcome you according to its scheduled opening times and subject to available places, following current regulations regarding access to public premises. RESERVATIONS NECESSARY.

Certainly. It is recommended that any special dietary requirements be specified at the moment of booking.

In the event that a guest has coeliac disease, food may be served in prepackaged single portions. For other food intolerances, restaurant visitors are recommended to check availability at the moment of booking.

We are sorry but our premises and kitchens cannot guarantee Kosher catering.

In the case of hotel packages which include Park admission, tickets will be sent via email at least 6 days before your arrival.

In this event, you are advised to buy a ticket for a specific day on our website.

In the 2020 season, is it possible to stay at Gardaland Hotel and Gardaland Adventure Hotel?

Starting from 1 October 2020, guests can dine at the Tutankhamon Restaurant (à la carte menu & pizzeria) or at the Wonder Restaurant (assisted-service buffet), BY RESERVATION ONLY which can be made when checking into the hotel. Lovers of fine dining can also visit the Matka Family Gourmet Restaurant, again by reservation only. 

The Tutankhamon Restaurant also offers lunch, again by reservation only.

The Wonder Bar and Blue Lagoon Bar are open to guests, with the obligation of social distancing. Table service only. Room service is also available, from breakfast to dinner.

The Gardaland Hotel reception desk will be open 24 hours a day, for all hotel guests for check-in and check-out procedures. For any further requirements, the Hotel Help Desk telephone service is operational (tel. 045 6404 477).

Absolutely - when they arrive at the hotel, before entering the carpark, each member of the party will have their temperatures checked.

If the person who made the booking or a family member displays a high body temperature at the moment they arrive at the hotel, access will be denied - the hotel stay will not be allowed and the booking will be cancelled. Our offices will then emit a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used for a future hotel stay, to be used within one year of the date of issue.

The guest and family are asked to stay in their hotel room and immediately contact the Reception or Hotel Help Desk, who will in turn activate the internal procedure including a 118 call to the Italian medical emergency service. The guest is also obliged to contact his/her family doctor.

For health and safety reasons, only the person who made the booking should visit Reception for the check-in procedure, bringing the documents for all other members of the party and so avoiding large groups of people at the desk.

Starting from 1 October 2020, guests at Gardaland Adventure Hotel can enjoy breakfast at the Tutankhamon Restaurant, with table service only, while Gardaland Hotel guests will be served breakfast at the Wonder Restaurant (assisted-service buffet). The restaurant is open by RESERVATION only, with bookings to be arranged at the moment of check-in.

The Blue Lagoon is reserved to guests staying in the hotels, also in order to respect social distancing rules.

Our 4-legged friends are welcome to come and take part in the fun and adventure at Gardaland Park! All dogs must be kept on a lead. Large dogs must also wear a muzzle. Animals must not go on attractions, enter shows or restaurants.

To find out which attractions are best suited to people with special needs, please see the “Useful information” section under “Special Needs”. You will find information about which attractions are suitable for different forms of disability.

We advise pregnant women to enjoy their day out at the Park, in the open air, using only some of the attractions allowed by our safety restrictions. Please see the information provided for each attraction on the “Facilities” page and at the entrance to the attraction itself for more details about these restrictions.

Remember that our staff is always on hand and mindful of the safety of young visitors.

We offer travel agents special rates to Gardaland Park. This promotion is valid for a maximum of 4 people per agency. Please send us the names of visitors and the arrival date on the agency’s headed paper. You can fax it to us on +39 0456401267 or e-mail a scanned copy to infobox@gardaland.it, at least 3 business days before your arrival.

We will then send you a voucher to present at the group bookings office on your arrival

People with special needs who are not self-sufficient (guests in wheelchairs, with behavioural and intellective disabilities, Down Syndrome, the visually impaired and anyone unable to go on our attractions unaccompanied) have free entrance to the Park.

Self-sufficient guests withe special needs, i.e. those who can go on our attractions unaccompanied, pay the reduced ticket.

Carers of guests with special needs who are not self-sufficient are also entitled to a reduced ticket.

The entry ticket to Gardaland Park includes use of all attractions and entrance to all shows.

Tickets can be purchased online from our e-commerce.

The payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and PayPal.

By car:

- A4 Milan-Venice Motorway: from Milan, exit at Peschiera del Garda; from Venice, exit at Peschiera del Garda or Sommacampagna (the latter is the preferred option during the summer).

- A22 Brennero-Modena Motorway: from Modena, before the Verona Nord exit, take the junction connecting to the A4 motorway, towards Milan, then exit at Peschiera del Garda.

From Brenner, exit at Affi, then take the SS dual carriageway to Peschiera del Garda.

By train:

Gardaland Park is only 2 Km from Peschiera del Garda railway station on the Milan-Venice line. 

Yes. A free shuttle bus service runs between Peschiera del Garda railway station and Gardaland during Park opening times.

The shuttle bus service between Peschiera del Garda railway station and the Park operates every day the Park is open. 

The journey lasts about 5 minutes.

The car park opens one hour before Park opening.
Car park opening times may vary according to organisational requirements.

Gardaland Park ticket offices close 2 hours before Park closing.

If you want to leave the Park and get back in on the same day, ask staff at the entrance/exit turnstiles to stamp your ticket with “pass".

Vehicles may not park in the car park outside opening times. There are numerous special areas for camper vans nearby. For more information, please get in touch with the Tourist Office on +39 045 755 16 73.

The car park costs € 6.00 a day for cars and camper vans. For motorbikes and buses parking is free of charge.

Gardaland Park provides special menus for those with coeliac disease. All dishes are carefully prepared by a specialist company and are stored in containers that are sealed and protected against contamination.

The nursery is located near the "Fantasy Kingdom” area and is available for mothers and young children. It contains a meal area with high chairs, food warmers and a vending machine with several products . There is a changing room with changing mats, where the baby can be cleaned and changed, as well as a play area where older children can have fun while mum is taking care of baby.

Yes. Enjoy your day at the Park in total freedom! Leave your bags at the Information Office in the Ticket Area or in the Western Village area. Bags must not contain any food or drinks.

At Gardaland Park, parents with children less than one metre tall can rent a pushchair from the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village.
The service costs € 5,00 per day. We kindly remind you that you will be asked to leave an ID document during the rental period.
All pushchairs are branded  , Gardaland Resort Official Partner.

Yes. Enjoy your day at the Park in total freedom! Leave your helmets at the Information Office in the Ticket Area or in the Western Village area.

The season pass and vouchers for benefits will be given to you at the Park Ticket Office when you purchase your Season Pass subscription. If you purchased your Season Pass online, on your first visit to the Park go to the Ticket Office, show the Season Pass you purchased online and valid photo ID, and you will receive the plastic card. If you uploaded your photograph when signing up online, simply go to the "Season Pass Collection" desk to receive your pass without having to queue up (please note that a maximum of 48 hours is necessary between online sign up and collection at the desk). To use your Season Pass in 2021 (from April to October), you should collect your new laminated Season Pass from December 2020 onwards.

If you leave your season pass at home, you can still show a legible photocopy/photograph of your pass, saved on your mobile phone. If you do not have a photocopy/photograph, the season pass holder may enter the Park and Aquarium by paying for a daily admission pass (10 euro per ticket). The price of this ticket will not be refunded. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to any of the benefits provided your Season Pass.

No, the Season Pass is personal and cannot be given to a third party. You must always present the pass at the entrance to Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE; you may also be asked to present a valid identity document with a photograph (for children only their health service card is required). Any photocopies or tampering with details printed on the Season Pass will be recognised and blocked by the system, and will be persecuted in accordance with the law. In the event of misuse (e.g. use of the card by other individuals, even family members), Gardaland reserves the right to revoke the season pass and refuse the holder admission to the Park and Aquarium for the entire season.

Yes - to guarantee a fun, carefree and (above all) safe day, during 2020 the Park will be open to a limited number of visitors only, and you must book your visit online.

Gardaland Club offers membership of Gardaland, i.e. the possibility of becoming part of the world of Gardaland Resort on a continuous basis, thanks to an exclusive card that allows you unlimited access to Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium; it gives you even more advantages than our best season pass and is automatically renewed through convenient monthly payments (minimum 12 compulsory monthly payments).
