An evolving journey with conceptual horizons shaped by defined favours, raw materials with a strong identity that are expertly arranged to unveil unique culinary discoveries and experiences.
The seasons are the protagonists of the monographs used in the dishes created by the executive chef with international experience. A chef who loves cuisine based on appearance and substance and whose motto is “the smile on the face of our guest at the end of the meal is our greatest achievement”.
The origins of our cuisine
Lo Chef Stragapede was born in Bari in the heart of Puglia.
It is under the hot summer sun reflected on the white stone walls that his love for the products of his land is born, as he explores the country cultivated by his family and the authentic and ancient Puglia cooking of his grandmother.
His recipes are based on simple and native products such as extra-virgin olive oil, cereals, legumes, fruit and vegetables, as well as fish and meat flavoured with spices, aromatic herbs and edible flowers.
A cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean diet that combines the unique flavours of one African country and three European ones: Morocco, Italy, Greece and Spain.
