VISIT

How long does the visit last?
The length of a visit to Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is between 90 and 120 minutes.

Can I book guided visits?
For groups, guided visits are available, allowing you to admire and get to know better all the species present.
To access Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium with guides you must book at least 30 days before arrival of the group.

GROUPS

How should group visits be booked?
Group reservation can be done via web or via fax at nr. (+39) 045 64 01 267 using the "Group Reservation Form"; for school and church groups it is compulsory to send a declaration of belonging on headed paper.

Web reservation confirmation takes place immediately throgh email while in case of reservation via fax, the written confirmation will be sent to you via fax within few days, on behalf of our resort Info Centre. Said confirmation (electronic or paper) is to be handed over to the group leader, who will present it at the ticket office on the day of the visit to collect the tickets. Payment on behalf of the group can be carried out directly at the ticket office in cash, switch card o credit card, or otherwise by money transfer (specifying name of the group and booking number) on the following bank details:

The receipt of the payment, including the MTCN, must be received by the Resort Info Center via Fax (+39 045 64 01 267) at least 3 days before the visit.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Can I have a picnic within the premises of Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium?
Picnics are forbidden within the premises of Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium since a fast food, offering complete meals or simple snacks, can be found at the end of the path. There is instead a well-refined green area outside, with a playground for children, equipped for the picnics. So it is possible, but only in the dedicated areas.

Where can I eat inside Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium?

At the end of the path you may take advantage of the bar and restaurant service at the Covo del Capitano (Captain's Cove), where you can have a complete meal or simply a snack.

For groups there is a menu with 4 possible choices:

- Sea Horse Menu, made of: Hamburger + French fries + Coca-Cola (or water)
- Shark Menu, made of: Chicken Burger + French fries + Coca-Cola (or water)
- Turtle Menu, made of: Caribbean Salad + Pane + Mineral Water (0,5 lt.)
- Starfish Menu, made of: Rustichella (warm sandwich with ham) + Crostatina (traditional jam-based pie) + Mineral Water (0.5 lt.)

FACILITIES

Are there special conditions for those differently able?
Entry is free for non self-sufficient differently abled people, with a reduced fare for the accompanying person; self-sufficient disabled people enjoy discounted rates, with standard rates for the accompanying person.
There is a lift to move from the ground floor to the first floor.

Where can I park?
During Gardaland's opening periods, the entrance to the parking lot is the same as Gardaland's.
During Gardaland's closing periods you can access the parking lot of SEA LIFE from the bus entrance of Gardaland.
Parking is not included in the entry ticket and it opens a few minutes before the opening of the aquarium.

Can I visit the park with children in strollers?
In periods of high turnout only children with disabilities can be brought in on strollers. There is a lift which lets you go from the ground floor to the first floor with greater ease

Can I bring in animals?
No animal is allowed in.
